Rods are supplied to specific size tolerance and finish.

Available surface ground and to efficient lengths to suit your CNC auto-load requirements.

Tubes

Tubes are available in optimised sizing to reduce material wastage, machining operations and times.

Available for machined, lining or composite applications. Also available etched and pre-processed for minimum waste.

Sheets

Sheet materials can be supplied in imperial or metric sizes.

Available in full sheets or pre-cut to reduce process waste.

Precision films

Precision films to specific tolerances. Full width or slit.

Available on machine specific cores for consistent processing and reduced waste.

Etched fluoropolymers

Fluoropolymers can be etched using a variety of processing techniques which can be specified at the time of ordering depending on the end use application.

Precision components

We offer cutting edge capability in our precision component manufacture using the latest CNC equipment, high performance base materials and expertise developed specifically for non-metallic precision machining.
